February 5, 2019 – Granite fronts being installed in both hallways
January 22, 2019 – Entire East Wall, granite fronts have been installed
January 18, 2019 – Granite fronts starting to be installed
December 26, 2018 – Sideways completed, construction halted for the New Year Holiday, will resume January 7. Happy New Year
December 10, 2018 – Scaffolding has gone, roof completed and all the concrete has been poured for all 4 buildings.
December 4, 2018 – All the skylights were installed
November 26, 2018 – 220 yards of concrete were poured to complete the entire roof over the Grace and Heritage Buildings, that is 22 cement trucks – WOW!
November 15, 2018 – All the steel has been installed on the roof
The concrete will be poured on Monday
Ramon estimates at least 220 yds. of concrete will be used for the remaining roof
November 13, 2018 – All roof trusts installed.
October 30, 2018 – West sidewalk and interior columns were poured today
October 26, 2018 – Sidewalks being installed
October 16, 2018 – Column footers in place for the Grace and Heritage Buildings.
October 2, 2018 – The rest of the hedge was taken down, to make room for the columns in buildings 3 and 4. The 6th level of crypts to be poured tomorrow
Sept. 26, 2018 – They are pouring the 5th level of crypts, in Buildings 3 and 4 (Heritage and Grace).
September 5, 2018 – Awesome view of the construction progress of the 4 new mausoleum buildings.
September 4, 2018 – The Second row of crypts of Building’s 3 and 4 (Heritage and Grace) being poured
August 21, 2018 – Grace and Heritage floors poured and walls being erected
August 14, 2018 – After 21 days, the support beams and scaffolding were removed
August 6, 2018 – Foundation being prepared for first floors of Grace and Heritage.
August 1, 2018 – Footers for Building 3 and 4 poured (Heritage and Grace)
July 25, 2018 – Roof completed on Repose and Heritage, with skylights and drains
July 6, 2018 – 30′ overhangs installed. Providing shelter from inclement weather.
June 28, 2018 – All 6 levels of crypts installed, columns are set.
June 6, 2018 – the 6th level going up.
May 30, 2018 – 4 out of 6 levels of crypts installed
May 11,, 2018 – Second Level going up.
May 2, 2018 – First Floors of the Repost and Heritage Building poured
April 20, 2018 – Land cleared, 6 inches of rock laid for the foundation, cement footers being poured.
April 4, 2018 – The Boca Raton Mausoleum was thrilled to announce a new $2 million addition with an official groundbreaking ceremony. The celebratory event included Mayor Susan Haynie, Chamber of Commerce president Troy McLellan and many other supporters of the Mausoleum. Construction of 4 new mausoleum buildings has begun and the beautiful new buildings—Grace, Heritage, Dignity, and Repose—are a wonderful addition to the existing 26 buildings the Mausoleum offers as a final resting place for the community.
